Visiting a public route causes the browser to request the page and its required assets. Ordinary connection/request metadata can therefore be handled by the network and hosting infrastructure that delivers the site.

CURRENT WEBSITE BEHAVIOR
This English notice describes the current website flows and contact routes. It is not presented as a formal KVKK Article 10 data-controller notice or as a privacy-compliance certification.
The current website has no account-registration flow and no general server-backed contact form. Most routes present corporate, industrial, technology or portfolio information and link visitors to the relevant contact destination.
Visiting a public route causes the browser to request the page and its required assets. Ordinary connection/request metadata can therefore be handled by the network and hosting infrastructure that delivers the site.
The Industrial Sales builder accepts requirement and contact fields in the browser and prepares a mailto draft. The website does not send that RFQ to a server itself.
Corporate and sales email links use mailto. Telephone links use tel. Following those links hands communication to the visitor’s chosen email or telephone service.
A mailto or tel link does not by itself mean that the static website stored a submitted message. If you actually send an email, make a call or otherwise provide information through the selected communication service, that information can become business correspondence outside the static web page.
Depending on the route and what you provide, correspondence may include your name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, commercial inquiry content, product/grade/quantity/destination/timing information, technical or specification information and additional notes.
Such correspondence may be used to respond to the communication, review an industrial requirement or continue the corporate, technology or venture discussion requested by the sender. This factual description is not a statement of a specific KVKK legal basis.
During the Phase 17 browser review of all 16 public routes on 1 September 2026, the current implementation did not set cookies in the reviewed flows and did not create localStorage keys, sessionStorage keys, IndexedDB databases or service-worker registrations. No analytics or advertising request and no page-script XHR, fetch or beacon call was observed.
No non-essential cookie-choice banner was added because the reviewed implementation did not expose a non-essential cookie or similar tracking mechanism. This is a statement about the reviewed implementation, not a promise that the website can never change.
Network and hosting infrastructure can receive ordinary information needed to deliver a web request, such as an IP address, browser/request information, the requested resource and request time. This notice does not state an exact infrastructure-provider role, log-retention period, processing location or transfer mechanism because those matters have not been source-locked for publication.
The reviewed current implementation requested externally hosted image files from images.unsplash.com on the Home, Energy & Trade, Products and Industrial Sales routes. The Privacy and Legal routes do not request that external hero photography after this Phase 17 revision.
No third-party script, remote font, third-party embed, external media stream, analytics request, advertising request, XHR, fetch or beacon was observed in the reviewed website flows.
When the browser directly requests an externally hosted image, the destination host receives the technical request needed to return that file and applies its own technical and privacy practices.
The website links to destinations such as the Evidence Axis specialist website/contact route and Google Maps. Those destinations are not presented as embedded services on this notice. Once followed, their operators apply their own content, technical and privacy practices.
For a question about this website notice or information you previously sent in business correspondence, the current corporate contact point is below. Article 11 of Law No. 6698 provides data-subject rights where applicable; this page does not represent the address below as a separately verified formal rights-request procedure.
The site does not present a settled conclusion on the formal data-controller identity for all website/contact activities, the specific KVKK legal basis for each processing activity, recipient/transfer categories, retention rules or a formal Article 11 request procedure. Those matters require legal review before a formal Article 10 notice is represented as complete.
Legal review required before publication as a complete formal data-controller notice.
The public site is currently English-language. No machine-generated Turkish text is presented as an authoritative legally reviewed notice.
